We appreciate at least 48 hours notice for an order. There is some flexibility depending on the size of the order.

We use aluminum half trays. They hold around 3 quarts of food or the equivalent of 5 bowls.

We recommend 2 quarts per tray.

We can deliver, although we do charge a 20% service fee.

We are not able to provide steam tables.

Yes, all of our food either is or can be made gluten-free. Most of our menu is vegan.
